His job keeps him busy, (crypto currency isn’t going to trade itself) the money is amazing and he loves the green. Every night at the bar he can afford a roomful of friends and distractions. He proved everyone wrong. He’s successful, he’s powerful, he’s rich and his phone never stops buzzing. But if he holds still for too long, if he lets in the quiet, he can start to feel his heart ache for something more. The open fields of his youth. The crisp mountain air in his lungs. The feeling of joy creeps into his legs and he longs to leap through long grass and bound across an open meadow. To bleat at the top of his lungs and be the goat he was truly meant to be. He can never let anyone know how badly he longs to chew on garbage. For that life is behind him. He is a business goat now. And forevermore.
